Webber dry flex- problem

Hi, was wondering if anyone has had any problems with Webber dryflex, they used to market this as suitable in swimming pools but have now decided to advise against it.

I know it is used in wet-rooms as a waterproof barrier but does anyone have any information about it not being suitable for swimming pools as we have a failed tiled swimming pool and Webber are not taking full responsibillity for their product
