Hi,

I've searched for advice about my problem but have found mostly advice about older/chunkier style taps.

I have these taps:

The 'o' rings appear to have failed, there is black gunk around the places where I expect them to be. So I have two questions:

1. How do I remove the central mixer part to get to the o rings in there?
2. How do I get to the o rings in the taps?

I have checked for hidden thumbscrews, and have tried turning the neck 90 degrees to see if it pops off, but no luck so far.

In both cases I'm assuming I can (after turning off the supply) just undo the nuts until bits start coming apart, but I just wondered if there were any things to be aware of with this type of tap.

Many thanks in advance.

No response for a few days, anyone have any advice for me?

Many thanks in advance

I'd start by undoing that nut on the bottom of the swan neck....that should presumably release the thing, to reveal 'o' ring(s) within.
John :)
