Weird shower problem...advice needed please.

Hi All,

We've just had a new bath fitted. We have a shower above the bath fed via a pump on its own mixer valve. Today was the first day of trying to have a shower. The water was way too hot and when trying to turn the temp down the pressure also dropped, eventually stopping the water flow the lower I turned down the temperature.

Any ideas?

Call the installer back, to fix it?

Get the installers back in right away, sounds like there may be an issue with the feeds. Were they bathroom fitters or was it a plumber?

Some of these installers amaze me! Why didn't they set it up properly, calibrate and then test it at every setting from hot to cold, it really is plumbing 1'o'1 IMO.
