weird sized copper pipe.

alright everyone. just a question about an odd sized pipe.

it looks like 28mm copper but it must be an imperial size or something.

i cant get a compression coupling to fit on it. well i can because if filed the pipe down a bit but it keeps weeping when its under pressure on the central heating.

where can i get a proper fitting for this. and what size will it actually be.

this is in a big old victorian house if that is any help.

im going to have to smash up a newly plastered wall to get to this pipe so i want to make sure i deffinatly having the correct fitting this time haha.
