Have just bought a new funky italian tap - it has a couple of flexible tap tails that have a screw end (into the base of the tap) and a tap connection (with fibre washer) at the other.

These connectors are very thin with he tap connecter end not fitting to either a 15mm or 22mm compression end (both too big) whereas the fitting is too small for 10mm compression?

What do I connect this to - the feed pipes are 15mm....

Any ideas? Wickes, B&Q etc cannot help...

I suggest you go back to the funky tap supplier and ask.

Or perhaps if you give us the make and style of tap somebody may be able to help.

:)

Was there not a pair of check valves in the box?

Check valves fit the screw ends on the flex hoses and this then fits 15 mm pipe.

Either that or replace the flex pipes for uk type. But you may well need to fit check valves.
