Wet underfloor heating

I was reading a post from February of this year and saw a reference to KNAUF BRIO BOARD. Can anybody tell me a good place to get this, preferably as cheaply as possible?!

I'm also trying to find the best place to buy the ALUMINIUM TRACKING to place the pipe between the floor joists. Does anyone have any suggestions?
