hu guys

My house is 1970s. Double roman tiled and detached house.

I'm after your help as i want to ensure roofer does job right.

How should a verge be fixed? Should they be pointed or tile striped, battens replaced and then cement added?

What are the steps to make the cement last. How often does new cement verges last
