WF541-Hotpoint Washing Maching-all lights flashing constant

Hi

I have a problem with my washing machine, it started a few weeks ago, when I pressed the on/off button all lights flashed for a few minutes then would go off and the machine would run with no problems.

However, at the weekend I pressed the on/off button and all lights started to flash together, and this is continous. It does not stop at all unless the machine is switched off..

Any ideas what the problem is and how I can fix it!?

I looked in both stickys at the top and can't see any reference to this problem?
