What are the best quality chrome towel rail valves (non-TRV)?

As title. I have two towel rails in my house on the central heating system and both flow-side valves tend to leak when operated. That's annoying outside the heating season as one rail is piped to get heat whenever the (system) boiler fires, irrespective of whether it's for central heating or just hot water. I want to replace all four valves. One pair of valves is straight, onto 15mm chrome. The other pair is angled, onto 15mm copper. TRVs not needed. Any recommendations as to best quality? I always use Pegler (or whatever Dutch name they now use) ball valves for isolators etc but they don't seem to do towel rail valves. TIA.
