What are these / how's it done?

Have seen in the shopping centre in Preston (St Georges) a run of what appear to be LED tiny tiny spots all around the edge of the ceilings at each level, see here:

They must have thousands of them, anybody know what they are / where to purchase? Would make a great effect in my up and coming home cinema.They are recessed in the ceiling and there all year, not just at Christmas.

Thanks, I had looked at these but they were much much smaller.

They protrude the surface of the ceiling about 20mm and the circumference is no greater than a pencil.
