Re-watching parts of the France vs Germany game. It was a fantastic match. Germany were down to ten players after thirteen minutes, but you wouldn't really have known. The number 22 is probably their most creative and skilful player. She just glides past opponents. But last night her tracking back and defence were incredible. She seemed to be everywhere. Her name is Jule Brand. It wasn't just me who thought that. The commentators said the same.

The name of another of the German players is pronounced "minger", which keeps making me laugh whenever she gets a mention from the commentators.

England vs Italy in about half an hour.

England will not be taking the knee. Until this tournament, I hadn't realised that sports people were still doing it.
 
An old TV series called Bones from the late noughties. I totally missed it when it was on TV here. It's a bit like CSI but more laid back and quite funny. I've started with S2 because the reviews said it was a lot better than the first series. On Amazon and All4.
 
The Assassin. Keely Hawes. She's normally in things that are half decent. This is absolutely dire.

I know. It got amazing reviews. But it was so bad, I gave up after twenty minutes.
