What are you watching on TV right now?

The snooker, which I recorded earlier. Have always liked snooker, however when younger I couldn't watch it for more than an hour or so. Now that I'm knocking on a bit, I'm finding I'm quite happy to sit and watch frame in frame out. Would still love a button to switch the commentators off though :)

Everybody and his horse knows the story about the Gunfight at the O.K Corral but what about the events after the most famous gunfight in American history? Ed ('Westworld') Harris is here to learn y'all about a tale of vengeance that involved the town of Tombstone in the winter of 1881/82.

Fun Fact # 48 - during that time, the townsfolk of Tombstone were in more danger of death than a marine in South Vietnam in the Sixties.

Freeview, Data Only channels. Only in the past week or so, have I bothered to explore these.....

They show up in the channel list, some with quite weird names, often constantly changed. I thought they might be some sort of subscription service, but if you click on them, and wait a while, often as not, something watchable comes on. We tried watching one such program last night, not realising it was part 1, of a series. During the program, the ad intervals, gradually became longer, and longer, along with more and more frequent. Towards the end, the ad timing, was longer than the actual program time - we will not be bothering with Part 2. The programs are served up from the internet.
