What Blowtorch???

Hi

I’m about to undertake the task of adding an extra radiator to my central heating system. I’ve made loads of soldered joints before above the floorboards but never below. Unfortunately, I’ve only got a cheap torch which will put itself out when turned upside down.

Can anyone suggest a decent quality torch kit that will be better suited to work below the floorboards (i.e. work upside down)?

I recommend you buy a torch with an adjustable flame. Flame for 8mm tiny compared to 42mm! I have rothenberger and has done me well for years.

Yeah just bought a TS7000 myself, noticed it's not quite as powerful as the old Superfire though
