What brand of euro cylinder?

What are the bets euro cylinders to use, that have keys that can be cut in most shops (I know this makes them a bit less secure).

Yale seem to use special keys, so what else is suitable and BS approved?

I think one of the UAP locks gets the full 3 star rating and has normal keys
