true, but there are vids of lights in the sky... and in space etc... things that defy video interference...

I've seen unexplainable lights in the sky in Oz years ago. They also filmed the same phenomena from some moonshot/shuttle or whatever years later. They looked like typical shooting stars but would change direction instantly and at random. We watched them for ages. Never worked it out to this day what they were.

i agree... but lets play devils advocat.. in terms of evidence, blurry video is up there as the best !!! in crime, a hair or a fingerprint, or a semen sample is enough to lock someone away for 60 years !!

Must admit that it's never occurred to me that UFO's are flying samples of semen. That would be something to boast about
Can't help thinking that several of the answers are correct, there are only a minute handful of incidents that defy explanation, and you've also missed out faking and government disinformation.

Given they are reported as, (among other descriptions) cigar, flying disc, box-like shaped, I suspect they are whatever you wish to believe they are - or not.
So, if another 'life-form' from a galaxy far, far away is able to travel here, from where/when-ever, I suspect that they are clever enuff to disguise themselves (and protect themselves) from whatever us puny earthlings can come up with.
