What does this gas meter measure? (pic)

It measures in cubic feet (as shown on the faceplate).

To convert to kwh you will need the conversion factor used by your supplier (shown on all bills). Then a quick bit of maths to convert.
 
Just look at your last gas bill. That will tell you everything you want to know.
