What EPL on I Pad 2, help.

Ok, so the issue is I watched about 6 premier league games on my I pad 2 last season

I watched on some sight called Christians ronaldo.net or something, anyway it has about 10 streams listed for each game I used to watch Fox or ESPN

I used to just click the link and it would play the game, clear as day no sticking or anything , perfect

Toward the end of last season when I clicked the link, it keeps bringing up a link for I livid to be downloaded, so when I click it, it says safari can not download this file

1. Why not?
2. How do I get round this?
3. Why is it only a recent thing?
4. Is there anywhere I can watch EPL on I pad?

I don't care a bit for football, so I have no idea whatsoever. Just because people are good with computers, doesn't mean they know where to go to watch a boring, overpaid, overhyped 'sport'.
