Some can use a wall mounted switch, but to dim a TP-Link bulb, you need a TP-Link hub and knob.
There was a special Philips bulb, where the high colour temperature LEDs would dim and the low temperature would stay at same output, so it looked as if the bulb was getting redder as it dimmed just like a tungsten bulb, but the cost of smart bulbs has come down that much, I have not seen the Philips for sale, I would assume no longer made.
However, the GU10 was normally a quartz halogen bulb, so the temperature of the quartz envelope is important, too cool and the tungsten will migrate to the quartz envelope, forming a black deposit and causing the bulb to fail prematurely, so pre LED GU10 lamps should not be dimmed.
Since a LED GU10 is made of plastic not glass, fitting them instead of glass unless authorised by the manufacturer could completely change the fire rating of the whole device. So I would simply not fit LED GU10 lamps where the lamp forms part of the fire rating.
There is a lot more to it than that, my GU10 LEDs are dimmable and can change the colour temperature and colour, but not with a hard-wired dimmer switch.dimmable only if the dimmer is LED-rated
