What is the best bath waste I can buy and not worry about leaks!

I have had problems with slow leaks in a rental property,

I wonder is there any bath waste, (I mean the plug hole part that actually screws into the bath and connects to the overflow that is better than the average ones,?

Which seem poorly made and susceptible to leak somewhere down the line?

They come with a washer to seal between the two, these can fail, best to fix it in place with some plumbers mate or silicone.
