I like the Ubiquiti Dream Machine which has everything in one and lets you create isolated networks too.

New router or wifi? I run TP-Link EAP access points for wifi and a DD-WRT flashed router. Best to keep them separate

What wifi standard are your end points?
What type of internet connection do you have?
How many concurrent users are you anticipating?
Do you need any wired connections?
What size property are you looking to serve?

The guest network is available on pretty much all routers these days so it's less of a consideration than the questions above.
