What is the best way to cover CH pipes chased into a wall?

Hi guys,
I am in the process of doing my kitchen, it is stripped back to the brick, and I have x3 15mm water pipes (F & R for the CH and washing machine supply) that I want to sink into the wall to hide them. They are all next to each other, and ran from the ceiling, down the wall, and then came off the wall behind the kitchen cabinets close to floor level.

What would be the best way to cover them?

Im thinking one of the following:
1 - A 30cm or so wide plasterboard strip, from ceiling to floor with dot and dab either side of the chase (the rest of the wall will be bonding coated up to the plasterboard and then skimmed).
2 - A metal strip placed over the pipes, screwed to the wall either side of the chase, and then bonding coat over the lot.
3 - insulate the pipes to stop the heat cracking the plaster, and to stop the plaster corroding the copper, and then just bonding over the lot. Im a little worried with this one though that the plaster will be weak where it covers the insulation.

What do you guys think. Is there a better way?

Thanks

Pictures tell a thousand words.
Id only be able to give you a picture of a brick wall with 3 capped off pipes above ceiling level. Ive updated the description a little to give people a better idea of whats going on.

So you're dot and dabbing the whole wall onto the brick? Chase 15mm into the brick and nail in pipe clips. The adhesive will be about 10mm anyway so will clear the pipe clips if they're slightly proud of the chase. Hair felt lagging is easy to slip on and low profile.

No, im going to bonding coat the wall. But over the chase where the pipes will sit, one of my considerations was to dot and dap a strip of plasterboard over the chase. The bonding will meet the plasterboard strip and ill skim over the lot.

I'd probably do the same, just duct tape the copper up first then hair felt over the top, bonding straight on. Metal plates not a bad shout either but you would need to chase deeper
