The television, I rarely turn it on. If you were to ask me what was on the telly, I'd say "dust".

condemned for what reason , with the price of gas this winter many people will be wishing they still had a gas fire to heat the main living space without turning the heating on

Hot water tank. Only time the immersion gets put on is a few times each year when I need warm water for my aquarium. Other than that, I boil a kettle to wash dishes (please no lectures on cost vs immersion), have an elec shower so no other need for hot water on tap.
