What is this called ? and where could I get one .. please

I have a Tempur bed, but one of the bolts is loose, to operate the lifting mechanism.

On inspection, the end of the bolt has a little widget missing, see the image below. One image has one attached, but one bolt hasn't

What is this called, like a flattened cone, which obviously is hammered on to the end of the bolt.

I need one, where could I get one.

Alternatively if you have access to both sides of the pin a tight fitting washer over the pin could be kept in place by hammering to splay the pin locking on washer.

? A metal schrader valve cap ( car tyre valve) and araldite it on
