Hi All,

Planning to fit a dishwasher over the week so just mapping out my options under the sink. Ideally I wanted to tee off the washing machine inlet below but wanted to know what this box is attached to the hose?

Any ideas!?

It's an Aquastop hose.

In the event of an internal leak, the Aquastop hose uses an electrical solenoid system to act as a remote fill valve, which shuts off to contain water inside the outer hose. This safety feature is designed to prevent floods and leakages due to a burst or corroded inner hose.
