Plastering (reskim) finished two weeks ago. Wanted to get a quick mist coat on behind the radiators as they're going on this week (this one is a vertical). Mist coat 70:30 basic matt emulsion. Went on beautifully over the other areas but on this one, I ended up with this dark patch coming out in the centre, the paint doesn't seem to be sticking to it. The plaster was deeper at this point, and this part of the wall was darker than the rest.
Do I need to do anything here? Sand it back and let it dry further for a while?

The radiator should cover it so hopefully won't be a huge deal...?
