Hello all, forgive my ignorance on this one
All our external upvc doors have locking lever things which engage into corresponding holes in the frame when you lift up the handle and dead lock the door. Well, each of these holes which the levers swing into have a screwed-in-place surround made from metal which can be moved slightly to ensure a looser or snugger close. One of them is missing but i have no idea what its called! Can anyone help!
Thanks!
