Hi guys, at the beginning I would like to thank you for all of your advices on this forum which helped me a lot in the past. I was wondering if you can give me advice on what kind of front doors do I have? Are they composite, upvc or any other? I was thinking of replacing them, but if they are good quality I might just repaint them. Pictures uploaded to my media. Thanks in advance

Looking at the lock fixed into the side of the door, I see wood, where it's been cut out to fit the lock into.

Or for your own peace of mind, scrap some paint off the top of the door, and you'll see what is beneath all the paint, if it actually wood.

Looks like a composite to me, at least metal faced, as there seems to be a seam at the front leading edge, but difficult to see from the pic. As mentioned scrape some paint off.

Is it my eyes, or is that a no.10 black door?! Prime Minister, is that you? ;) hehe

Thanks for your responds. I forgot to mention... when I drilled the hole for the additional lock there has been a thin layer of metal on the outside. Does it mean those are composite doors? I heard that composite doors have some mixture of plastic and glass outside, not metal.

I just used a Dulux quick drying outdoors metal paint when I last did one. Was able to close it at the end of the day without it sticking if I recall. Though I only needed to do one coat as I was painting it the same colour.
