What kind of o-ring/gasket for this UFH Manifold union?

Hi All,

Sorry for the stupid question, but I'm assembling this 6 port manifold which has been pretty self explanitory, with all o-rings/seals pre-fitted, apart from the last two to connect into the 22mm copper central heating system.

Hopefully the photo is good enough, but should I buy o-rings for this, flat rubber gaskets, or just use some PTFE??

PTFE tape wound as a taper on the male threads or Loctite 55
