What paint would you use on this standard masonry paint or a damp proofer paint to stop rising damp

Do you mean you have rising damp INSIDE the building?

Are you referring to the lower 'plinth', or the upper 'pebbledash'?

How sure are you that have rising damp, and do you really think the problem will be solved by a paint sealer?

What exactly are the details of the rising damp?
 
Hi I'm referring the bit under the pebbledash and there is no rising damp just want the make it look fresh and protect it from any rising damp in the future
 
If there is no problem, I would just use black masonry paint.

No point putting on anything corrective paint if there is no problem, you may end up creating a problem.
