House has a WB Highflow 400 installed in a sealed system. I have downloaded the manual and installation manual, but cannot find a recommendation for what the pressure should be. It is currently at about 0.5 BAR which I think is too low. I am about to drain down to fit some TRVs so need to know what the pressure should be.

Secondly, the manual states that it has a built in 60litre hot water cylinder (there is no other cylinder in the house) and that it should use this in conjunction with on-demand hot water when you turn on a hot tap. However, the boiler does not fire up when you run a hot tap so I wonder if there is a sensor or valve that may not be working. Any ideas welcomed!

Top up to 1.2 bar, this should get your hot water working too, also check the boiler is actually switched on

Thanks for the info.

I am confused though about how this system is supposed to work. Should the HW be programmed for (say) an hour every morning to fill the "cylinder" in the boiler, or is this unnecessary as it, allegedly, delivers hot water on demand? It seems to be a mixture of the two types of domestic hot water system I am aware of!
