er, ang on...your the sarcy nitpicker with the rolling eyes - I just commented on somthing already being discussed - to do with testing/pressure...completely ON topic I think you'l find...you had a drink mate?

btw - if I was looking for a row, I need look no further than 12" to my left (the wife) :wink:

A low pressure air test will usually show loose joints etc. A small leak doesn't show with air because the air just expands a bit so the pressure doesn't drop much. Hire a water pressure tester, or just a gauge and use the mains.
