What Sealant To Use On Plywood Before Laying Vinyl Tiles?

Hi, I am planning to lay vinyl tiles in the bathroom.

I have plywood flooring to cut and lay but have read that using a PVA solution is the wrong thing to use to seal it but I cannot find any info on what is the correct product to use. Can anyone enlighten me? Would it come premixed in a tub and how long will it take to dry before laying the tiles?
