What should I use to fill the gaps in my parquet flooring?

I have a parquet floor in my hallway which now has quite a few gaps between some of the blocks. These gaps did have some sort of filler material in them that I guess was sanded down then the whole floor would have been varnished.

I would like to know the best way to repair these gaps?

If you don't want to resand your floor again then Bona Gap master might be a solution?
