Hi all
I just thought i would tell you what i did to complete this work
I used batons to support the plaster board in each hole, leaving about 5mm gap between the surface of the plaster board and and the MDF wall. I then used 'Easyfill 45' to level the surface out. I gave it a good sand down with some 180 and painted 3 coats of trade paint.
The result was excellent, you can't see the lines where the plaster board was installed and looks completely flat.
Very happy and thanks for all your advice.
