What size tile spacers

Hi All
Purchased (not me) some 20cm by 10cm bevelled tiles, what i am trying to find out is what is the recommended spacer size, i bought some 5mm ones but not too sure if these are going to be too big. Whats the recommended size spacer on these? I guess its personal choice but i want it to look decent

i would say whatever gap you have if you place 2 tiles end on to another side on and with the outer edges flush what ever the gap is between the two
as in 197 x 97
2x97= 194 so 3mm
or 195x95
2x95 = 190 so 5mm
