What sort of cylinder do i have

My cylinder is leaking, I need to replace but what sort do i need.

Know its indirect but confused what the term vented vs unvented means (not a plumber)

Obviously not fitting it but i need to know what model i need, as i need more capacity than 145l but restricted on height so just want to see whats available to fit.
