What the hell is this?

Looking after a neighbours house while she’s away but I noticed this inside the sealed glazed unit on her porch door. It’s not moved for a week. What on earth is it - I thought it was a ladybird but how could that get inside a double glazed unit?

It looks like an errant piece of DGU sealant glue, that has picked up a few polystyrene balls.

Thats the bottom of the sealed unit, porch door- full sun recent hot weather weight of glass pushing down onto mastic double glazing seal and it has squished out of the hole taking with it some desiccant
