what thickness ply

I have removed some old tiles from a bathroom floor and they were laid in the original floor boards,I'm going to remove the boards as they are in a real mess and replace with wbp ply,what thickness would I need to used as I will be retiling it again.

No less than 18mm. Use either WBP or marine grade.
 
I have a bathroom floor that need to be tiled, The floor is the existing 22mm t+g. Do i still need the additional ply on top?
