What to do in this space

Hi all,

I had a stone circle here and we have just got rid of it, any ideas on what to do with this space please? I want to flag it or those cobbles that are joined up together however whilst quite good at DIY I have never done flagging before, what’s an easy job for this space please? Could I use the existing ground as is and just compact it down? What steps please guys.

Looks like you've already got seating adjacent to the spot, so i'd suggest raiding the piggy bank and buying a big, beautiful terracotta pot then planting a tree/bush of your choice...do you know what garden-zone you're in, and is it a good sunny spot for growing a fruit tree?
