I've just converted out house to oil-fired central heating, and now have a 2007-model Electricaire 12kW WAU that I no longer need. Full working order as far as I can tell. I also have a skip on my drive. Does it have any value to anyone (I'm not selling, it's free to collector), or should I just skip it?

Also, does anyone know how to get it apart?

I would keep it, mate. Jeremy Vine programme today was just talking about the resultant effects of the Paris talks. Seems that we will all have to throw away our gas cookers and boilers and buy electric ones instead. I imagine that all types of purely fossil-fuel appliances will be made obsolete in the next 20 years……..like your oil-fired system:D

Meh, Jeremy Vine is about as accurate as the Daily Fail. There's no way we'll have the infrastructure to go 100% electric within 20 years

Perfect, thanks! Can't get rid of it even for free so it's going in the skip
