What To Stick Kingspan With?

I'm using Kingspan in the studwork on a timber framed house and i'm looking for suggestions on what to use to stick it to the OSB, rather than use thin strips of wood on the studwork to hold it in place?

Cut it slightly oversize and it won't come out for love or money.

Cut it slightly oversize and it won't come out for love or money.

Or cut it slightly undersize, put between studs, pin temporarily and foam round it with low-expansion window-fixing foam. It'll never move then even if you fall onto it.
