Insulating the timber kit walls with Kingspan 100mm thick, any advantage of running a bead of silicone where the kingspan does not quite touch the framing.

Most are a snug fit, but there are some touching in places and then slight gaps approx 2-3mm max in most cases.

Did use foam in one section..the old adage measure twice cut once :oops:
