Insulating the timber kit walls with Kingspan 100mm thick, any advantage of running a bead of silicone where the kingspan does not quite touch the framing.

Most are a snug fit, but there are some touching in places and then slight gaps approx 2-3mm max in most cases.

No advantage with silicone. Wedge some slivers of insulation in

Better the silicone than nowt. Air leakage 'n' all.

Did use foam in one section..the old adage measure twice cut once
