Installing zenith compact laminate worktop

Is this all I need? :

Router
Biscuit jointer
Clamps (worktop/ adjustable ones)
Circular saw (to cut close and finish off with router

What router bits will I need? Will I need to. Use a few router bits as I understand its hard on the blades? - I've got a chimney. Ready to cut around, a hob, sink and island worktop. I'll also have to scribe across back of worktop length to make overhang equal.
