What's a DSO?

I've just had a written quote for some electrical work and it includes the items:

Provide and install 1no DSO below new position of fuse board.
Provide and install 2no DSO positions to be advised by client.

What are DSOs?

I only know of Digital SwitchOver and Deep Space Object

Why did he use a term like that but used the term fuse board instead of CU

Anyway I want more than 3 DSOs. I have 2 DSOs and 2 SSOs at the moment and loads of dis boards
