The soffit is falling out. Reason , not fitted securely. cure, closer inspection needed.
Could be as simple as the fascia is only fixed near the top and the bottom edge has bowed out.. That should be obvious with your eye from the ground.
Roof wise, not perfect but certainly nothing to worry about.
Better than a lot of newly slated roofs to be seen.
