whats this cover lid called..?

I am trying to find a lid for drain cover. its approx 12 inch /300 mm diameter circular shaped one. I couldn't find a matching sized lid listed as drain cover. I suppose its called by a different name..??

I got a plastic one for a square 150 cm one easily its called as 'Gulley Grid' and this circular one is next to squrae gulley grid. Any help on this please..Squre plastic one costs less than £2, I am looking for plastic or metal 12 inch circular one.

See photos, for the time being circular one is covered with concrete bricks to avoid accidents!

It looks a bit blocked and broken to me, needs digging out and replacing.

No its not blocked, I placed concrete blocks to stop others getting injured. I just need cover for the 30cm/12" round one. I got cover for the other squre one.
