What's this roof feature called?

As the title really, is there an actually roof terminology name for this ickle flat roof where its dropped to get it under a cill? I've detailed up a few over the years but never really known or can't remember what they're called? If they even have a name?

I've always called them inverted dormers but not sure if correct
