What's wrong here ?

Hope this works never posted pics before.
Today at first job of the day extending ringmain to a conservatory customer asked me if I would check (for a brew, cheap so & so) the bathroom lights that were fitted by the builders electrician, as they are having trouble getting any certification for the work...........I wonder why.

Ok how do you get this photo thing to work ?

Anyway the down lights are wired in blue & black singles.
Old T/E supply comes into a jb then loops out to down lights & pir in singles.
