That scum bag who duffed that old boy up recently and he died from his injuries think he got 7 years ??? 7 years is a bit of a harsh prison sentence ??

Think he was 15 ?? Should only have got 3 years

Soon as he turned 18 ( give a week or two) he would be dragged out of his cell or could walk out if he wants ??

He would than be bumped off and good riddance to bad rubbish

That's a fair point but I was referring to the original post.
Your example could be considered an unfortunate accident, in the original post about the OAP being burned to death, serious criminality was involved and intention to harm.

Now now, don't be too harsh on them. As Blup says, even 6 years in prison is a horrendously long time that should only be reserved for thee most hardened criminals. So 7 years is probably right for beating an old man to death, actually maybe it should have been a lot less.

As for the girl who filmed it, why should she be punished?

No, I can see the rationale now, lock them all up for much shorter periods (or not at all) as long sentences aren't a deterrent.
