... sentencing was getting a bit better (as in folk locked up for longer for heinous crimes) I come across this. Potentially out in 19 and 23 years? Eh?!? What about the poor little lad who not only died a horrific death but has also been denied his whole life? I'll never understand some of these sentencing decisions.
